Welcome to Ceylon Wild. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, stays, services, and interactions with our property and website. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings must be confirmed with a minimum of 50% advance payment, with the balance payable no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
- During peak season, payment may be non-refundable and full rate payable at the time of booking.
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the payment.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or any other method communicated at the time of booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: From 2:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Rates and Inclusions
- All rates quoted are in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
- Rates are inclusive of accommodation, guided or unguided safari, park entry fees, guide fee, jeep fee, meals as per package, and government taxes.
- Additional services such as extra safaris, transfers, experiences, and extras are charged separately.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with operational commitments.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation request.
- For cancellations due to force majeure or emergencies, kindly contact our team through sales@ceylonwildsafaris.com with supporting documentation.
5. Amendment Policy
- Amendments to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Seasonal rate differences or minimum stay rules may apply.
6. Child Policy
We welcome families and little explorers at Ceylon Wild:
- Children aged 0–5 years stay free when sharing with parents (cot on request).
- Children aged 6–11 years are offered a special child rate based on the package.
- Children above 12 years are considered adults for rate purposes.
- For safety, children must be supervised at all times, especially during safaris and at the plunge pools.
7. Safari Disclaimer
- All safaris are conducted by certified naturalists and are subject to park regulations and weather conditions.
- Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as nature follows its own rhythm.
- Guests are required to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the safari guide.
8. Liability & Conduct
- Ceylon Wild is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred during your stay or travel.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage caused to property or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest.
9. Force Majeure
Ceylon Wild will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.).
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and store your data.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
